What does the $49 Standard Tap Page price include?

It includes initial setup, one preview with one round of revisions before publication, and requested changes for the first 30 days. After the first 30 days, update requests are $10 each. Hosting/renewal terms will be confirmed before purchase.

Do I need to purchase a Tap Sign or Tap Card?

No. You can purchase the Tap Page by itself and share its permanent Tap link or downloadable QR code. Physical Tap products are priced separately unless explicitly sold as a bundle.

Do customers need an app?

No. The Tap Page opens in the phone’s normal web browser.

Can I add a Tap Sign or Tap Card later?

Yes. A Tap Sign or Tap Card can be connected to an existing Tap Page without changing its permanent Tap link.

Can the Tap Page change after it is published?

Yes. Bookcliff currently handles Tap Page updates; there is not a customer editing login. Requested changes are included for the first 30 days. After the first 30 days, update requests are $10 each.

Does Bookcliff Tap process bookings, orders, or payments?

No. Bookcliff Tap links customers to the booking, ordering, payment, and other services a business already uses. Those outside services process the transaction or request.

What does the analytics report measure?

Basic analytics show page visits and button clicks. They cannot confirm that someone completed a booking, purchase, or other action on an outside website.

Does NFC work with every phone?

Most modern smartphones support NFC. Physical Tap products also include a QR code so customers have a reliable second way to open the Tap Page.
